Precision Design 7 Piece Optical Lens and Digital SLR Camera Cleaning Kit with Brush, Microfiber Cloth, Fluid & Tissue + Hurricane Blower for Pentax K20D, K200D, K2000, K10D, K100D, K110D, K-7, K-X DSLR
It's obvious that the cleaner the lens, the sharper your pictures will be. Dirt, dust, and fingerprints will degrade the image quality of even the finest optics. However, it's important to avoid using incorrect cleaning materials which can permanently damage your photo equipment. Used properly, the cleaning supplies in this kit are certified safe for use on your valuable digital and film photo-equipment and optics. The environmentally-friendly Hurricane Air Blower is a real dust-blaster. It's nothing like those tiny blower brushes which are capable of producing only a gentle breath of air. When you squeeze this deluxe Air Blower you get a focused gust of air that really pushes the dust off. Using the blower should always be the first step in cleaning your photo equipment. Use it to remove dust and dirt from the surface of your lenses before you attempt to clean them with lens tissue. Otherwise you may find that you are grinding grit onto the delicate lens surface and may scratch it. The blower may also be used — carefully following your camera manufacturer's instructions and exercising due caution — to clean the camera's image sensor. [Of course, it is recommended that image sensor cleaning be done only by those who are confident in their ability to do so.] A Lens Cleaning Cloth is included for convenient in-the-field cleaning. This kit also contains Lens Cleaning Liquid which is used to lightly moisten a sheet of Lens Tissue to aid in the removal of stubborn fingerprints and environmental pollutants from your lenses and filters. The included Cotton Swabs are very useful for caring for the exterior (non-optical) surface of your equipment. ¦ The Cameta Microfiber Cleaning Cloth is designed using the latest 21st Century technology to clean fingerprints, oily smudges and other contaminants from LCD monitors and lens optics quickly, safely and easily. ¦ Used regularly, this SLR Camera Care Cleaning Kit will keep your equipment sparkling clean.
Tamron SP 24-48mm f/3.5-3.8 adaptall-2
This is a manual focus lens. There are quite a few discussions and even test/sample test provided regarding this version on the net.
Most of the reviews and samples are taken with well used and almost worn out versions.
My sample of this version is "like new" in condition. A very rare find condition wise to say the least. Reviewing or providing opinions in regards to a lens should cover more then one sample version if one is to expect an objective review. I've owned 3 samples and two were on the worn side, their performance is what led me to seek the best one I could find. I was lucky because these lenses are tough to find period. I found it included with a camera on ebay and the seller had no idea about cameras or lenses. It looked cleaned so I pulled the trigger. It turned out to be like new.
On my Nikon D300s this lens is a favorite because it captures the essence of what moves me to take a shot in the first place. The light, color, glow, and feel. As a walk around lens I carry it always because it delivers for me so well in what I hope to grab.
It's not for sale so that should speak volumes. No way would I part with it and and I can honestly say I go through lenses like crap goes through a goose...few ever satisfy me. This one obviously does.
You tell your self? Try one and never pass on the opportunity to pick one up because if you are not satisfied? It will sell easy in that event. I can't review lenses, results and satisfaction are subjective to my taste. Piss on lab reports or a thousand approval ratings by users. What counts is having the confidence to capture what you intended because your lens is without question and capable. Who cares what Ken Rockwell or Thom Hogan thinks? I say if they or any other respected reviewer rate it highly and approve? Why not just pay them to go take your shots for you then because your halfway there? The last thing I'd ever do is buy a review when the lens looks like it was buried in a closet for 25 years.....
I have manual focus Nikkor 25-50mm and Tokina 25-50mm both are nice the Nikkor a small log but the Tamron is what I trust the most...
Tamron SP 17mm f/3.5 with Adaptall-2 Mount for Pentax
I picked up this lens used at my local camera store - it's in minty condition and came with the original caps, case, and even the instruction sheet. It's the Adaptall-2 mount system, this one for Pentax. It's the first time I've ever had my hands on a full-frame lens this wide. As you see, I have it on my Pentax MZ-L and have a roll of Fujicolor Superia Xtra 400 in it right now. Photo taken with a Sony Alpha A200 and Minolta Maxxum AF 50mm F1.7.

The Tamron 70-300mm f/4-5.6 Di LD Macro Autofocus Lens is a compact, light-weight, ultra-tele zoom which covers the 70mm to 300mm telephoto range and produces photographs of exceptional image quality. It is ideal for taking pictures at a distance particularly when the subject is difficult to approach such as in nature and wildlife photography as well as at sporting and theatrical events. The Tamron 70-300mm also excels at portraiture and allows you to isolate the subject from the background for eye-catching, dramatic portraits. This versatile zoom has superb macro capability with a magnification of 1:2 enabling 1/2 life-size close-up shots of flowers, insects, and other objects that normally would require the use of a specially designed macro lens. This new lens is made with the Tamron Di (Digitally Integrated) design which uses an optical system with improved multi-coatings designed to function with Digital SLR Cameras as well as Film SLR Cameras. Tamron also incorporates LD (Low Dispersion) glass in this lens to correct chromatic aberration, resulting in clear, sharp, and beautifully vivid images.
